Cooked sauerkraut    

 

Today, we are seeing a new and exciting trend towards what is known as vegetable sauerkraut.

Without taking anything away from the gastronomic qualities of a dish of delicatessen garnished sauerkraut, it is true that SAUERKRAUT deserves to be treated as a separate vegetable in its own right, capable of being used like rice, pasta or potatoes as an accompaniment to most dishes and the basis for delicious meals.

Although it is one of the oldest vegetables, SAUERKRAUT is now making a name for itself as one of the most modern, nutritions ans inventive vegetables, suitable for use in a multitude of original and tasty recipes that will amaze your gusests.

   

Our cooked sauerkraut, which is available in different varieties, has many advantages :

- already cooked, it can be reheated quickly in a pan or in the microwave.

- it goes with all kinds of meat and seafood: pork, poultry, veal, beef, salmon, ...

 

We offer a range of cooked, ready-to-eat sauerkraut that can be used in various recipes and comes in several forms (bulks, unmarked flat plastic bags, printed doypack sleeves and food trays) :
